Jason Quaglia

Jason Quaglia is the president of the Harlem Avenue Little Italy Business Association and an activist in the Northwest Side Italian-American community. A commercial insurance broker with 17 years of experience specializing in complex risks across the real estate, hospitality and entertainment sectors, he also operates Dunning News, a local media platform. A recent recipient of the Augustus Caesar Award from the Italian Americans of Transportation, he balances his professional and civic commitments with being a proud husband and father.

HALIBA hosts first annual business awards banquet

The pulse of Chicago’s vibrant Italian-American community was palpable at the Mazzini Verdi Club in Franklin Park on July 18, when the Harlem Avenue Little Italy Business Association hosted its first annual business awards banquet. The evening’s primary honors went to two steadfast advocates for the neighborhood, Elmwood Park Mayor Angelo “Skip” Saviano and Chicago Alderman Nick Sposato.
