
Volume and simplicity define Calcaterra, the Italian fashion brand created by designer Daniele Calcaterra.
Calcaterra’s vision, along with his two-plus decades of experience, help keep his collections a current and contemporary, he explains.

The Calcaterra brand is owned by Auge S.r.l., of which Daniele is a partner with Diego Corbellini, the managing director responsible for the financial and commercial aspects of the business.
The company’s headquarters in Brescia, in the region of Lombardy, are home to the style office, the product and sample department, and administration.
The brand is a member of Camera Nazionale della Moda Italiana, and its main collection is included in the official CNMI calendar, with fashion shows in February and September in Milan.

Born in Milan, Calcaterra studied fashion at the Institute of Fashion and Design in Milan and its various branches throughout Europe.
After graduation, he worked in the style departments of several important Italian garment manufacturers, where he designed menswear and womenswear collections.
In 2006, he opened his own design studio and started collaborating with some of the most important and internationally known Italian brands as their head designer. As style director of Piazza Sempione between 2009 and 2012, his work included “Lavia18,” a line created for the U.S. market.
Calcaterra launched the Calcaterra menswear and womenswear lines in 2014. The brand has strengthened its presence in a selected distribution network, aimed at boutiques and customers looking for novelty and quality.
Calcaterra continues to collaborate with several Italian and international brands.
