Conforti builds on successes with new ventures

Jorge Catrain, Bill Conforti and Ryan Waltz

Local home renovation titan Bill Conforti has never been one to rest on his laurels. He took his first major leap into the industry in 1988 with the launch of Siding 1, following up five years later with Windows 1.

In 1995, he rallied his extensive network of architects and contractors to create new homes via Cobblestone Development. And in 2009, he began offering interior and exterior remodeling services via Cobblestone Remodeling.

As his offerings grew, so did positive word-of-mouth, with 60 percent of his new projects coming from referrals from satisfied customers.

Known in the industry for his skills as a relationship builder, Conforti is further expanding the reach of enterprises through the creation of two new companies and partnerships.

Led by Ryan Waltz, Cobblestone Exteriors will focus on providing siding, windows, roofing, doors, decks, gutters, fencing, soffit/fascia and hardscape. Waltz joined Cobblestone Remodeling in 2023 after working for MidTown Home Improvements and Homevestors.

Led by Jorge Catrain, Cobblestone Interiors will tackle everything from interior gut rehabs, high-rise condo rehabs, and two-flat conversions to single-family homes, to designing and installing new kitchens and baths, home theaters, and additions. Catrain is a licensed architect with 10 years of experience in interior design and build. For more, click here.
