  1. I was a friend of Ann Sorrentino, we met at Mid America Savings in Clarendon Hills Illinois, as we offered Ann our Community Room, free for her monthly Meetings. This was 1971 perhaps. The rooms were set aside by me and there was at least one bank representative there as well. She was a pleasure to meet and work with we never realized we were from same area growing up in Chicago. Her husband started Fra Noi perhaps.

I actually owned one of the firt copies during Mother Cabrini passing which I sent to John Kass Tribune

  2. Hi Dolores,
I am Ann Sorrentino’s daughter and I was pleased to read your comments of September 23. I also belonged to the West Suburban JCCIA and we were delighted with your room at the bank for our meetings. Thank you for all your help over the years in making the arrangements for our meetings!

I’m glad you have such good memories of Mom. She is still missed by many.

    Thanks,
    Dolores Sorrentino Sennebogen

    • Dolores, we spoke about mom before. I had wonderful relationship with your mom at Mid America Bank, now just by mere accident on Amazon she mentioned Zia Rosinia from Taylor Street. The Rosinia, family was my best friends family, living next door on Racine and Taylor Street. Judge Michael Rosinia s wife
Lena Corvino Rosinia was a great cook. ANTOINETTE Pope Cooking School owners were her friends.

      Who is Zia Rosinia? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? thank you
