Bruno Marasso, Frank Sommario and Antonio Romanucci

Fourteen attorneys at Romanucci & Blandin have been named 2020 Illinois Super Lawyers and Illinois Rising Stars by Super Lawyers magazine.

Founding partner Antonio Romanucci and partner Frank Sommario are among the firm’s Super Lawyers, with Romanucci ranking in the top 100 in the state. Senior associate Bruno Marasso is among the firm’s Rising Stars.

An Illinois Super Lawyer for the past 16 years, Romanucci was named a Top 10 Leading Plaintiff Lawyer in Illinois in 2019 by Leading Lawyers and a Best Lawyer from 2013-20 by U.S. News and World Report. He was selected by his peers for inclusion in the 2020 edition of The Best Lawyers in America.

Romanucci is the founding chairman of the Midwest Brain Injury Clubhouse, which helps victims of brain injuries and strokes optimize their lives. He also founded the Justinian Society of Lawyers Charitable Endowment Fund, through which thousands of dollars are awarded annually to nonprofit organizations.

Listed in the 2017-19 editions of The Best Lawyers in America, Sommario was an Illinois Top 100 Super Lawyer from 2017-19, an Illinois Super Lawyer from 2016-19 and an Illinois Rising Star from 2010-15. The Law Bulletin Publishing Co. named him a Leading Lawyer from 2016-19, an Emerging Lawyer in 2015 and one of 40 Illinois Attorneys Under 40 to Watch in 2012.

Massaro was named an Emerging Lawyer by the Law Bulletin Publishing Co. in 2017.
