The Salvino Wealth Management Team has hung out its own shingle, launching Performance Wealth in January. The independent registered investment advisor manages $2.2 billion in client assets and will operate out of offices in Hinsdale, Illinois; Naples, Florida; and San Diego. Grace Salvino has joined the Salvino Wealth Management Team at William Blair Private Wealth Management. Grace is the daughter of Tom Salvino, who partners with his brother John and father, Al, to form the Salvino team. Grace is a graduate of the University of Michigan with a B.A. in economics and was a member of the school’s varsity soccer team. She is now pursuing her MBA at the University of Chicago. Grace will be assisting with research and financial reporting. She’ll also spearhead the team’s outreach to children and grandchildren of current clients and oversee charitable efforts.  

Thomas Salvino has been named to Barron’s 2015 Top Advisors in America. The magazine’s annual state-by-state listing recognizes America’s top financial advisors and places Salvino in the Illinois ranking. Salvino; his father, Al; and his brother, John, are financial advisors with the Salvino Wealth Management Team at William Blair & Company. Ton joined the firm in 1993 and became a partner in 1998. Tom began his career at Paine Webber. He received his M.B.A. in finance from Loyola University Chicago and his B.A. from the University of Notre Dame.
