Local realtor and Fra Noi website columnist Giuseppe Zerillo is moving up in the world.
Just four years after going into business for himself, he outgrew his first office in Park Ridge, prompting a move last fall to larger quarters on Cumberland just north of Lawrence in Norridge.
The new location contains offices for three leasing agents and five real estate brokers as well as a conference room where staff can meet with prospective buyers and sellers, with plenty of room for more agents down the road.
A realtor since 2008, Zerillo is making a name for himself in his profession and community, earning accolades from Top Agent magazine in 2016, a Best of Park Ridge Award three years in a row, and a community outreach award from the Illinois State Crime Commission in 2012.
The move represents a homecoming for Zerillo, who lives in Harwood Heights, just blocks away from his new office.
A Harwood Heights village trustee, he coaches baseball and basketball for the Norridge Park District and annually donates 200 pumpkins to both communities for Halloween.
He also serves as corporate secretary for Casa Italia.
