Under his direction, the wheels for a record-breaking number of units for this year’s parade are in motion. His bio reflects his energy and enterprising persona.

He currently serves as the chairman of Molto Capital LLC, a private investment company based in Oakbrook Terrace. Molta Capital and its affiliated entitles invest primarily in private equity and industrial real estate.

Prior to Molto Capital, Mr. Naccarato was chairman and CEO of Wilton Industries, a consumer products company that developed and marketed housewares and craft products to various retailers including Wal-Mart, Bed Bath & Beyond and Michael’s stores. He started with Wilton in 1969 and purchased the company in the mid-’80s when it was a public company. In the early ’90s his two sons joined him and the company grew dramatically into a major player within the housewares industry.

Mr. Naccarato currently serves on several boards, including the Advisory Board of the Institute of Design at IIT, the Board of Iowa Wesleyan College and he is Trustee Emeritus of the DuPage Community Foundation for his many years of service. He is also a member of the Economic Club of Chicago and previously served as chairman of the International Housewares Association.
