Bel Canto Foundation

The Bel Canto Foundation is dedicated to promoting the bel canto style of opera. The foundation sponsors a vocal competition in the spring that bestows tens of thousands of dollars in prizes, including a grand prize of a trip to Italy to study with Maestro Carlo Bergonzi. The foundation also sponsors opera performances and other related events throughout the year. Offices are located at 3935 W. Devon Ave., Chicago.
