Fra Noi Embrace Your Inner Italian
The Sons and Daughters of Italy in America will host its fourth annual Carnevale di Venezia from noon to 4 p.m. on Feb. 1 at Empress Banquets in Addison. Dubbed “Tesori Nascosti” (“Hidden Treasures”), this year’s celebration will feature antipasto and dessert buffets, family-style spaghettata, acrobats and costumed performers, and dancing to DJ Alex. Businesswoman Elizabeth Battaglia and Schaumburg community leader Peter Justen will be honored. Tickets are $85 and sponsorships are available. Reservations are required by Jan. 22.
