Choice of Law

These Terms of Use and the relationship between you and Fra Noi are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. In the event that Fra Noi Inc. is required to seek legal remedies to recover fees and/or resolve disputes, you agree that we are entitled to recover all costs associated with such action by you, including but not limited to reasonable attorney's fees and administrative costs.

As a condition to using this site, if you should have any cause of action against Fra Noi Inc. you agree to file any and all actions in a state or federal court located in Cook County, Illinois. Additionally, if Fra Noi Inc. has a cause of action against you, you consent to personal jurisdiction in Cook County, Illinois.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold Fra Noi Inc., its officers, subsidiaries, affiliates, successors, assigns, directors, officers, agents, service providers, suppliers and employees, harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorney fees and court costs, made by any third party due to or arising out of Content you submit, including, but not limited to, photographs & videos, through the Services, your use of the Services, your violation of the Terms of Use, your breach of any of the representations and warranties herein, or your violation of any rights of another.

Modifying these Terms

FRA NOI reserves the right to change these Terms of Use at any time in its discretion and to notify users of any such changes solely by changing these Terms of Use. Your continued use of FRA NOI after the posting of any amended Terms of Use shall constitute your agreement to be bound by any such changes. Your use of this site prior to the time these Terms of Use were posted will be governed according to the Terms of Use that applied at the time of your use.

Miscellaneous

These Terms of Use constitute the entire agreement between you and Fra Noi Inc. and govern your use of FRA NOI and the Services.
